The histogram reflects the fact that there's data in most areas of the histogram graph, but not much in-between. Since the black part of the graph is not running off the left-side, you can tell that no data is being lost due to under-exposure. There's a little data lost on the "light" side of the graph, though (you can tell because the data on the graph runs off of the right-side). The over-exposed part where the detail was lost was in the flower petals.
