Processing done:
-Created duplicate layer
-Converted top layer to B&W using the red channel (to make the sky darker)
-Erased the red portions of the building so the red would show through the black and white (selective coloring technique)
-Dialed the opacity of the black and white layer down to around 80% so that some of the color of the landscape showed through, but subtly. (Although the red on the building remained bright because it's on the bottom layer showing through at 100%.)
-I did a vignette effect using an oval selection that only included the sky to make it a bit darker.
-Flattened and saved.
