Statue on the promenade

This statue welcomed us to the promenade every day. I took the pic from behind to make it look like he's congering up the art in the background. That art consisted of balls and shapes of different sizes and colors on metal bars that spanned 2 floors. As the boat moved, the bars bent and swayed, making the art move. It was pretty neat.
