There was a hole in the ship right off of the engine room that the guide let us swim through. It was fun and very safe since it was located only about 6 feet into the ship and the entire side was open because the ship was split in half right there. The hole was pointed up the way the ship was situated and the DM was inside. He told us in the pre-dive briefing that we could skip it if we didn't feel comfortable with it. For those who did it, we were to come in one at a time, swim up to the DM who was standing under the hole, take a deep breath to start ascending towards the hole, and he gave us a little shove to help us up. It was easy and something I had never gotten an opportunity to do before. I scared my leg a little, the hole was pretty tight as you can see, but it was definitely fun.
I'm not sure who that is in the picture, it's just one of the people who dove with us...
