#1 Issue: Abortion (Child Sacrifice)
God's law is clear. Thou shalt not kill. In other words, do not murder. When man puts his law above God's law then it's time for God fearing men and women to take a stand. Abortion (I call it child sacrifice) is murder. If you are not convinced of that then I invite you to take a look at photos attached to the links provided on the right. Be prepared. They are gruesome. Murder is never pretty. Can we join together to stop this?
Moreover, murder of a born or an unborn person is a clear violation of The Constitution Of The United States Of America. The Preamble states that the intent of the constitution is to “…secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity,…”
Merriam-Webster's Online Dictionary defines posterity as “offspring”, offspring is defined as “progeny” and “child” and a child is defined as:
child 'chI(&)ld noun, plural chil·dren 1 a : an unborn or recently born person
Thus, if there is a crime and penalty for murdering us then there must be (under the constitution), the same crime and penalty for murdering our children (be they born or unborn)!
States allowing abortion are also in violation of the 14th Amendment: “…nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;…”
The incumbent for the 13th Congressional District in the State of Illinois is Ms. Judy Biggert. Would you like to know her stand on abortion? I invite you to take a look at a link to the right if you want to know. She scored an 88% from the leading providers of child sacrifice, Planned Parenthood.
The battle is not against Judy Biggert. It's against principalities, powers and spiritual wickedness in high places. It's against the foe of darkness; the enemy of souls. She is simply a pawn in the game. Did you know that God loves her? It's true. He hates her stand on abortion but He loves her and doesn't want to see her perish. Instead, He wants her to come to repentance. I invite you to pray for Judy. Remember, we overcome evil with good. I hope I see her in the Kingdom someday. That goes for everyone else who is suffering from the guilt and shame of an abortion. Both man and woman. I want you to know that God will accept you the way you are. You don't have to wait to become good enough for Him. Fall into the arms of Jesus and accept His forgiveness. The Father and the Son will send the Holy Spirit to you and change you into a beautiful person. They'll even change the way you think about abortion. You'll see clearly that it's a violation of His law and it hurts His heart to see His little babies destroyed. Why don't you give Him a chance? What have you got to lose? Your pride? Your guilt? Your shame? Your misery and woe? I'm telling you from personal experience that God will not take anything good away from you. He sends down every good gift and every perfect gift. And once you accept Him, He'll send you some of His gifts. It's guaranteed. It's a promise in the Bible. I'm like Paul. I'm the chief of sinners. Yet God accepted me. After I am elected (God willing) we will push for an end to abortion. I can think of two ways to abort abortion, perhaps you can think of others. I'm open to any and all suggestions. The options I'm considering are:
Option #1: Constitutional Amendment:
I do not think the new Chief Justice of the Supreme Court will vote to overturn Roe v. Wade. He called it “settled law”. The current nominee to the Supreme Court sided with the abortion advocates in 3 out of 4 rulings from the bench. Can anyone confidently say that these men consider God's law above man's law?
Let the legislatures or the conventions of the states decide by voting on this amendment; not double minded jurists nor federal legislators. An amendment is a time consuming process but once it's established it's rarely repealed.
Option #2: Supreme Court revisits Roe v. Wade:
I hope this happens. If it does then each individual Supreme Court justice must vote to overturn the decision based on their oath of office. Article VI of the constitution states “…judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution;…”. As noted above, the Preamble to the Constitution mandates protection for both the born and unborn. If a justice votes against the unborn's protections then that justice violates his or her oath. Thus, the House of Representatives responsibility is to impeach that individual or individuals. The Senate will try the case and must vote for impeachment. If a senator votes against impeachment then that senator is in violation of his or her oath of office. Again, the House of Representatives responsibility is to impeach the senator or senators who refuse to uphold the Constitution. The same holds true for any House representative who does not support the power to impeach.
Option #3 or more:
I'm open to suggestions. Send a note or e-mail to my congressional office (if, God willing, I'm elected). By the grace of God we can defeat this.
Creation
Darwin's “Theory” of Evolution is a lie. It was a lie 150 years ago and it's still a lie today. Here is one of Darwin's quotes from The Origin of Species (1909 Harvard Classics edition) p.190:
“To suppose that the eye, with all its inimitable contrivances for adjusting the focus to different distances, for admitting different amounts of light, and for the correction of spherical and chromatic aberration, could have been formed by natural selection, seems, I freely confess, absurd in the highest possible degree.”
God created man in his own image. He didn't create him in the image of a bacteria, or a monkey or a missing link. I'm not going to get involved in arguing the point. There are a number of websites that provide evidence to the creation account as depicted in Genesis. Please see the links to the right.
Another interesting point involves giants. The Bible mentions “giants” in the Old Testament. If man were evolving by “survival of the fittest” then one would expect man to get bigger and stronger over time. Instead, the opposite has happened. Incidentally, it's much easier to sacrifice your child if you think he came from some other life form (see Issue #1 above).
The 911 Prophecy and The Prophet who Gave it
After September 11, 2001, there was news about fulfillment of a Nostradamus prophecy. It was fraudulent. Ellen White wrote about 911 in the early 1900's. Here's an excerpt from the chapter entitled, “The Last Crisis” under the subheading of Section One, “For the Coming of the King”, (incidentally the chapter is from Testimonies for the Church, Volume 9; starting on page 11):
“On one occasion, when in New York City, I was in the night season called upon to behold buildings rising story after story toward heaven. These buildings were warranted to be fireproof, and they were erected to glorify the owners and builders. Higher and still higher these buildings rose, and in them the most costly material was used. Those to whom these buildings belonged were not asking themselves: “How can we best glorify God?” The Lord was not in their thoughts… The scene that next passed before me was an alarm of fire. Men looked at the lofty and supposedly fire-proof buildings and said: “They are perfectly safe.” But these buildings were consumed as if made of pitch. The fire engines could do nothing to stay the destruction. The firemen were unable to operate the engines.”

She also wrote a book entitled “Last Day Events”. In it is the following excerpt from 1906:
” I am bidden to declare the message that cities full of transgression, and sinful in the extreme, will be destroyed by earthquakes, by fire, by flood.”

Health Reform
The prophet of the Lord was shown many things regarding health. Those who follow the heaven sent advice regarding health reform live on average ten years longer. Their quality of life is superior also. Currently, most senior citizens needs are met by medical doctors (MD's). MD's typically prescribe pharmaceuticals for illness. Most MD's are not aware of God's plan for optimal health. The body truly is wonderfully and fearfully made. Given proper nutrition, exercise and rest, it's amazing how one's own immune system is strengthened and good health restored. It's interesting to note that the Bible refers to “sorceries” as a way of deceiving all nations. The verse is found in Revelation 18:23 if you care to look it up. The specific word “sorceries” found in the King James version is called “pharmakeia” in the original Greek language. This is where we get our modern word “pharmacy”. Why is there such a big push for prescription drug benefits? Does it have something to do with this modern day witchcraft that keeps prescription drug users under its spell? Why is there a call to screen tiny, preschool children for mental illness? Does someone want to keep them under a lifelong spell? Initially, I thought the description of sorceries/pharmaceuticals was far fetched. Shortly thereafter, I visited my son's orthopedic surgeon (a truly necessary doctor). My son's visit was a follow up for previous nose surgery. The doctor sprayed some numbing medication in my son's nostrils prior to removing the gauze. I looked at the spray can he used. Behind the manufacturer's name was a graphic logo of some sorts. The logo consisted of a big iron pot (similar to a witches kettle) with two tridents (similar to pitchforks). I no longer thought that the connection between sorceries and pharmaceuticals was far fetched.
It's a proven fact that Type II Adult Onset Diabetes can be reversed. How? By applying the health reform principles given to Ellen White. It's also clinically proven to reduce bad cholesterol, triglycerides and a host of other objective, verifiable health parameters.
Instead of throwing away our tax dollars to enrich the peddlers of modern day witchcraft, I propose we provide incentives to senior citizens to improve their health. Let's reward healthy living instead or intemperate living. Here are a few suggestions:

Here's a story I heard first hand from a friend of mine. When he was in his seventies, he was scheduled for bypass surgery (I believe it was a triple bypass). He was overweight, out of shape and needed immediate help. The hospital lost his file. So, they sent him home without the surgery and told him to come back when they called him. A couple of weeks later they found the file. In the interim, he did some research. He found out that most men who have that type of surgery at his age; die on the operating table. So, he told the hospital to keep his file and forget about operating on him. Thereafter, he became a staunch advocate of health reform and was the strongest ninety year old man I ever met. His posture resembled a Marine's, he had a clear mind and clear eyesight (he told me he threw his glasses away) and looked like a man twenty to thirty years younger. I know a number of individuals like him; both male and female. Is it any wonder? Our Creator wishes above all things that we may prosper and be in good health.
National Sunday Law (Church and State Power Combined)
Throughout history church and state have combined to rule the citizenry. Each time it happened; it failed. Either the church ruled the state or the state ruled the church. The United States is successful because the church doesn't mix with the state and the state doesn't mix with the church. The 1st Amendment states that , “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;…”. Most people are not aware of plans for a National Sunday Law. If and when this law is passed, Congress will make a law respecting an establishment of religion, and prohibiting the free exercise thereof. After this law is passed, this country will be under national apostasy. Thereafter, according to the aforementioned prophet of the Lord, national apostasy will be followed by national ruin. I don't want our country ruined. Do you? The prophet also said we should resist this law as best as we can. It almost passed around 1890 as the Blair Bill. People of faith spoke against it and it was defeated. What will happen in the future? I didn't think we would ever lose any of our constitutional rights but then 911 happened. Shortly thereafter, motivated by fear, the Patriot Act was passed. Now, it appears, we are losing some of our rights, just to name a few:
1st Amendment: freedom of the press (Valerie Plame?), the right of the people to peaceably assemble (protesters segregated to cordoned off areas at political conventions?)
4th Amendment: the right to be secure against unreasonable searches and seizures (the FBI's “Sneak a Peek”?)
5th Amendment: right to a jury trial (secret tribunals?), private property only allowed to be taken for public use (never for private use; is the Supreme Court listening?)
6th Amendment: right to a speedy and public trial (ask Jose Padilla about this one)
Is it possible for us to lose more of our constitutional rights? If recent history is an indication then it seems highly likely. The majority are sometimes motivated by fear more so than freedom. As for me, by the grace of God, give me the right to worship according to the dictates of my own conscience or give me death. And if I'm still around when the Sunday law is passed then that's what I'll be facing; the death penalty; according to the prophet of the Lord. That's fine by me; to live is Christ and to die is gain.

Defense of Marriage
What God has joined together, no man is to put asunder. This speaks of marriage between a man and a woman. Marriage is not between a man and a man nor a woman and a woman. That is not marriage. It's an abomination. Now, I want each and every person who is engaging in homosexual acts to realize that God loves them and accepts them as they are. They don't have to wait to become good enough to go to Him. Just accept his free gift of salvation by faith and be changed by faith. The faith is a gift from Him. The forgiveness is a gift. He can come into your life and help you overcome this sinful tendency. He doesn't want you to perish; He wants you to come to repentance. If you neglect this free gift and turn from him then you will suffer the same fate as did Sodom, Gomorrah and the cities of the plain. Maybe your “tolerant” friends won't tell you that. Maybe they don't love you. But God loves you and love tells the Truth. Homosexuality is sin. I'm the chief of sinners so I know what sin is. God defines it in His word. I'm no better than you and you're no better than me. We're both in the same boat. Why don't you give the Lord Jesus a chance? I was an alcoholic; the Lord took the desire for alcohol away. I was demon possessed; he got rid of the demons. Please, if you want to live, look to Calvary for hope and help.
I don't know anyone who is more patient, merciful and forgiving than my Heavenly Father. Nineveh was another city that was going to be destroyed. God, mercifully, sent a prophet by the name of Jonah to warn them. The whole city put on sackcloth and ashes; repented and were spared. The same can happen to any one of us down here in this rebellious planet.
We need a constitutional amendment to protect marriage.
Flat Tax
IRS system of taxation is a nightmare. Does anyone disagree? The Lord established a simple way to support His government. It's called the tithing system. Pay 10% of your gross income to support the church ministers. It's fair. The rich pay 10% on their gain and the poor pay 10% on their gain. The rich man pays a lot; the poor man pays a little but they both pay the same percentage of their income. Why don't we try this with our secular government? The percentage doesn't have to be 10%; it might be more or it might be less. It should be a percentage; adjusted annually to make sure that the government's income exceeds its expenses. For example (using 10% as the federal flat tax): poor man buys $100 worth of clothing; pays extra $10 in federal taxes at the cash register; rich man buys $10,000 worth of clothing; pays extra $1,000 in federal taxes at the cash register. Jesus said, pay to God what you owe to God and pay to Caesar what you owe to Caesar. Why not try His system? Some Eastern European countries have put it into place. Lithuania is one example. I believe their flat tax is around 5% or so. Apparently, they are attracting worldwide investment and growing their economy. The beauty of the system is that it's simple and everybody pays. Nobody can cheat; not even the drug dealers nor the black market profiteers. Whenever they go to purchase any material good; they are taxed at the same rate as everyone else.
We know how legislators are; they can take a good thing and turn it into a bad thing overnight. Thus, we need a Constitutional amendment to abolish the IRS and create a flat tax system on retail purchases. An amendment will prohibit future tampering of this simple, long overdue change.
Congressional Pay
The workman is worthy of his wage. However, I think congressmen and women are overpaid. I doubt that the body of either House will move to decrease their respective salaries. Thus, I propose payment based on accountability and performance. Each congressman and senator will receive either a bonus or a bill at the end of every financial year. If the government runs a surplus then they get a bonus. If they run a deficit then they get a bill. The bonus or the bill is based on a percentage of the surplus or the deficit. In other words, if there is a 12% surplus then they get a 12% bonus. Likewise, if there's a 12% deficit then they get a 12% bill that's deducted from their next year's pay. This will tie in nicely with the new Flat Tax. The strong incentive to rein in spending will keep the Flat Tax percentage to a minimum.
This requires another Constitutional amendment. Otherwise, the first bad year we get… you guessed it… the law will be changed or repealed; anything to prevent the legislators from losing any pay.
