Nonnie's is located at 1565 75th in Woodridge Illinois. Their specialty is pizza, but they have a full menu and bar as well. The restaurant itself is spacious and has a nice, warm atmosphere (including a fireplace in the center of the dining area). A party room is also available.

Seating: The dining room offers both booths and tables, and there are designated smoking and non-smoking sections (the smoking section is in the bar area). If you prefer quiet dining, the front dining room is preferable as the back one gets quite loud.

Food: The first time we went to Nonnie's we had their pizza. It was excellent (great crust, sauce, and toppings), we knew we had to come back to try the pasta. The mostacholli with marinara sauce is good. The sauce has a lot of flavor, but is a bit watery. Bread is included with pasta dishes and is served with butter, olive oil, and parmasian. The olive oil and parmasean is a nice touch that I wish more italian restaurants would pick up on. The pizza and pasta are so well liked that we've never tried anything else on the menu. Their other food (such as their beef sandwich) looks really good, however, and the lake perch caught my eye last time. I intend on giving that a try, more details later…

Service: The service is… functional. Stuff gets taken care of, but it's not what would be called “friendly”.

Price: Our bill is usually about $20 for pasta (Baked Mostacholli w/ meat sauce, Mostacholli w/ Marinara sauce, no appetizer, 2 soft drinks) or $25 for pizza (12”-14” pizza with appetizer and 2 soft drinks)
